Returns

1. Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with   all tags and original packaging intact.

3. Products that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

1. Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.

2. Customized or made-to-order products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

REFUND

1. The returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.e non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping 

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, KUNNUZ FASHIONS will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
